    I'm convinced that Robert Lazar knows whereof he speaks. The heavy 
element 115, that we supposedly possess 500 pounds of would be called 
Ununopenthium, (Uup), if you started at element 103 and used standard 
designation.
    The power plant that Lazar explains is controversial and uses 223 grams 
of the non Earthly element 115 inside of a "anti-matter reactor". The 
"anti-matter reactor" is configured with an approximate 15 inch radius 
hemisphere of unknown substance, sitting on a square plate 18 inches square, 
made of metal of unknown substance. With 223 grams of 115 inside the 
hemisphere, there is a force field of "gravity waves" that emanates out 
approximately 20 inches from the surface of the hemisphere. According to 
some advanced imaginative physics theory, elements from 112-116, are in a 
Stability range, having almost complete electron shells, and do not tend to 
break down by emanating particles and going through half lives, or by trying 
to combine with other elements to form other substances. The element cannot 
be made in any substantive quantity here on Earth, an he speculates that it 
must have come from another system where everything is heavier, like a 
binary star system. The "sport model" saucer he worked on was reputed to 
have come from Zeta-Reticulae, which is I believe a binary system.
    Also, on an atomic level according to Lazar, atoms of 115 emanate what's 
called a "GRAVITY WAVE" that travels from inside the electron shells, to 
somewhere just outside the outermost electron shell. When 223 grams of 115 
are piled together inside the "anti-matter reactor", a measureable field is 
created as much as 20 inches from the surface of the hemisphere. He and 
another guy bounced golf balls off of this invisible force field!
    A bell shaped "collector wave guide", something like the flared end of a 
tuba is placed over the hemisphere, and terminates after some height in an 
"antenna". This device sits in the middle of the bottom or floor of the 
craft. There are three so called "gravity wave amplifiers" mounted in a 
triangular configuration also around on the floor of the craft. There is no 
"hard" connection between the "anti-matter reactor" and the "gravity wave 
amplifiers". According to Lazar, the "gravity wave amplifiers" have "tuned 
cavity" type wave guides leading into them. There are two modes of travel, 
mode A, slow speed, where the craft is relatively unstable, bobbing like a 
cork on a wave. Effectively it rides on the three gravity wave projectors, 
pointing the nose down (if it had a nose) and "falling" forward like a 
helicopter. Mode B, or high speed, is "superluminal", having no measureable 
velocity, essentially going around light, and "bending time and space". 
Lazar says that Mode B is line of sight, and that the bottom of the craft is 
tilted toward the object where it wants to go, and with pedal to the metal, 
it goes there. It is not being pushed toward its destination, or pulled by 
its point of destination, but is "pulling its destination to itself, by 
creating its own gravity"
    Lazar stole some of the element 115 from S-4, but someone has since 
stolen it back from him. It is in small wafers the size of half-dollars 
according to him.
