Microsoft Corporation supports the 32-bit NDIS 3.0 Windows 95
driver (DC21X4.SYS) for the Digital EtherWORKS PCI/EISA family of 
adapters.  The version of DC21X4.SYS driver that ships with the
Windows 95 distribution media supports the EtherWORKS Turbo PCI 
adapters (DE434 and DE435).

If you are using more than one DC21X4-based network adapter, it is
important to realize that you can run only ONE version of the 
DC21X4.SYS driver.  If the version on the Windows NT distribution 
media does not support ALL of your DC21X4-based adapters, you must 
upgrade to a version that does.
