Without music it wouldn't have been possible for me to have written this manual ,it does get on your nerves sometimes. I would like to mention that this document will be maintained in a limited way since at the time of writing this manual Alsa was in for a major version overhaul which is expected to have a whole lot of new features and changes as well .So maintainence will be to that extent, it will be related to bug fixes ,tweaks etc which will be reflected in this document .
Any kind of feedback, bouquets and brickbat are welcome but only that not anything related to alsa drivers since my knowledge is restricted to my and maybe one or two more cards ,it will only add to my frustration that i am in no position to be of some assistance.
Additionally i would suggest subscribing to <alsa-user@alsa-project.org> , there is every possibility of your query being answered.A word about mailing lists, be patient. Please mail your comments etc addressed to Maddy at <bmadi_1@yahoo.com>
