Unless otherwise noted, all products are used/refurbished. Guaranteed for 90 days from receipt. If the item is determined by Reputable Systems to be defective within that time frame, we will repair/replace/refund at our option. Claims for shipping damage must be filed within 48 hours of receipt of product.

All sales are final. Any returns are at the sole discretion of Reputable Systems, and will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. No returns on opened software.

Choice of shipping, either overnight, 2nd day, or Express Saver, or USPS Priority mail (for small items such as cables/adapters).

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover/Novus, or can ship COD paid by secured funds (cashier's check or money order). Credit cards not charged until the order is ready to ship. Federal Express is our preferred shipping method.

Now offering FedEx Ground service within the United States only. This is a 3-5 day service. It is trackable, and very economical.

You can estimate shipping charges (either FedEx Express, or Ground) by going to the Federal Express Rate Finder. Use 80304 for the origin zip code. Enter your postal code and country (if international) or zip code. Be sure to enter declared value (for insurance). Here are the weights/sizes of some of the items we sell:
Octane: 75 lbs, 24" x 20" x 20"
O2: 30 lbs, 20" x 18" x 16"
Indy: 28 lbs, 21" x 21" x 13"
Indigo 2: 55 lbs, 24" x 22" x 13"
17" monitor: 55 lbs, 24" x 24" x 22"
20" monitor: 80 lbs, 25" x 24" x 24"
CDROM drive, external: 7 lbs, 12" x 13" x 6"
Monitor cable or adapter: 2 lbs, 12" x 13" x 2" (can also be shipped via USPS Priority mail)

Purchase Orders
Reputable Systems accepts purchase orders from government and educational institutions within the United States only, however, there is a $200 minimum for purchase orders. Information required for purchase order purchases is as follows:

Purchase order number
Bill to address
Purchase Order must state "Net 30" terms
Telephone numbers for both shipping address and billing address
Note that prices are 5% higher than listed on the web page for net 30 terms.

International orders/shipping
Reputable Systems welcomes international orders. There is a $90.00 minimum order (excluding shipping charges) for international orders. All international orders must be prepaid via bank wire transfer, credit card, or check drawn on US Funds. Sorry, no international CODs. We prefer Federal Express International Priority for all international shipments. Federal Express offers Reputable Systems customers an exceptional discount on international Priority shipments. You may deduct 35% off of the calculated price obtained from the FedEx website. This is almost always less expensive than even "International Economy" where it is available. Reputable Systems can also ship via United States Postal Service "Air Mail Small Packet" for small packages (cables, adapters, etc). This is very economical, but it is not guaranteed, and it is not traceable. Reputable Systems will not be responsible for these types of shipments. Unless you trust your country's postal service, FedEx is highly recommended.
